RETURN 2 PLAY
Program designed to help athletes transition from physical therapy to being ready to return to competition.

RECOVERY
Our 30-Minute session is for the athlete dealing with the grind of frequent games, practices, tournaments or races. It includes 20 minutes of Rapid Reboot therapy, 5-10 minute treadmill jog, and 10-15 minutes foam rolling and stretching.
